helo sir. i got laptop from HEC Pm scheme. that haier Y11b. from 2-3 weeks i am facing the issue that when i on the laptop the screen goes all blank and only shows the pointer moving on it. it doesn’t goes further process.. help me out
The blank screen when boot up or during use? Many factors may be to blame, such as connection errors between display, graphics card, hard disk or hardware errors. Firstly, you can hard reset the computer to fix it and know what device causes the problem. Then, go Safe Mode to restart explorer.exe process. If still not work, try more simple methods.
