when I switch on my power button, laptop starts as if it is about to boot up, but displays a white screen for awhile and restarts itself and it’s a continuous loop until I switch it off. (I wanted to attach video of the situation but i don’t know how to on this site.) Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
This model had a GPU issue. See if it will start in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key on start up and let us know your results. You don’t need to post a video as we have seen this many times. The repair extension program has now expired: https://www.apple.com/support/macbookpro…
