I HAVE A LAPTOP. ONE DAY I WAS TRYING TO INSTALL WIN-7.BUT AT 40% OUR ELECTRICITY WAS GONE. AFTER COMING ELECTRICITY I WAS TRY IT AGAIN. BUT AT THIS TIME I CAN NOT CREATE MY HDD PARTITION. I ALSO TRY TO CREATE MY PARTITION AS A PORTABLE BUT IT ALSO NOT WORK.THAT WAS PICS

Seems the power failure has caused the HDD to fail. Based on experiences to share, which I had, when doing cloning, suddenly there is a power failure. The Power failure caused the hard drive to fail. https://dtidatarecovery.com/hard-drive-r… Download hdtune and check the problematic hdd, also what brand HDD is it? if possible, download the manufacturer diagnostic tools to check, e.g. Seagate SeaTools, WDLifeGuard, etc. If the drive is under warranty, send in for replacement / repair.
