My JBL xtreme shows the one green light and one red light Itis not turning on I even tried turning it on after plugging it in for charge, still it is not turning on It is only a month old

Same as mine my JBL Xtreme 2 won’t turn on, idk how, my uncle gonna mad at this need help, i cannot turn it on, how many times i press the power bottoms it won’t on also, i try to charge but it won’t pls help
