Chosen Solution

I had a iphone se A1723 but broke its screen, so replaced it on my own but unfortunately during the process i pryed out the two filters near the battery connector

(This made a situation where the phone reboots 3-4 times while connected to a charger then turns on but the percentage wont increase (stuck on 1%or 2%)then turns off again then starts reebooting again),I came to know that simply soldering these pins without actually replacing the chips solves the issue from one of u so i did it.Now the phone keeps reebooting(apple logo keeps repeating every 5 sec) itself while connected to charger BUT DOES NOT TURN ON. Does this mean battery is dead (it shows no reading (remains 0) when tested for voltage with a meter . Is there any way to jump start it or any other solution. CAN ANYONE HELP ME.

You will need to have the filters reinstalled by someone who can microsolder. I would put the parts you knocked off back on.
