Chosen Solution
I bought the I pad 2nd hand over a year ago with no issues however the screen had been replaced. Last week after an overnight charge the ipad wouldn’t boot up. I opened it up to find a screw that had held the screen in place had worked itself loose and resting across the bare terminals of the charging socket. Where do I start or do I simply bin it? Thanks :)
No don’t through it away you should replace the charging socket.
