I am unable to print using my eStation Zeen because it won’t connect to the printer. I’ve noticed that the wireless icon is not showing up and the printer WI-FI icon is grayed out.

If your Zeen is not connecting through Wi-Fi you should first try restarting the router that your device is connected to. If the problem persists, you may need to perform a factory reset on your eStation Zeen. To do so, please follow the instructions provided in this link.
