Hey so I tried to use my headphones and they wouldn’t fit into the lightning connector I tried to plug in my charger that worked but my headphones didn’t I tired to use different headphones but i still have the same problem
Probably dust / lint inside the headphone jack. Try using some prying tool like fine tweezers to clean it out but be careful doing so.
