Hey, I was playing a game when suddenly my laptop display went off, and when I restarted the laptop, it stopped giving me display, When I turn on my laptop without a GPU, it gives me display So there is a problem with my GPU which I can’t figure out. The graphics card is an AMD FirePro m6100. *Although when GPU is connected the screen turns on but it is all blank. Kindly Help
Hi, Sounds like the AMD GPU has failed and when the GPU is removed from the motherboard it is working using the iGPU in the CPU. Not much you can do if the discrete GPU has failed, except replace it
