CURSOR NOT MOVING…..: Model of GAMING Mouse: Alcatroz X-Craft AIR TRON 5000 Note: Wireless Gaming Mouse (With a USB to connect with Laptop or whatever) Description: Sooooo 5 minutes ago it was working well but the next second the cursor was stuck. I ignored the problem because this problem also took place before but the cursor started moving after a short time. But this time it didn’t move. My laptop’s touch pad works 100% correct and so do the USB ports. My mouse’s (the one which is not working) Left Click and Right Click button work, the forward and backward button also and so so the charging. The LED Lights turn on disguising me: “I’m Working Well”. After connecting the USB the notification in the corner appear with “Device is setup and ready to go” written in it. Please help me. All the port are working well. Keep in mind that the mouse also doesn’t work on any Laptop/Computer, but all the buttons work. Windows edition: Windows 10 Pro System: Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.88 GB usable) System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64- based processor Pen and Touch: No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display Note: Feel free to ask any questions Thanks
Hi @mighty2gamerz Is your mouse still covered with warranty? If there is, send it for service. Most probably as you described, on different pc but same issues, there is issues with the mouse. else if there is no warranty left, open up and inspect the mouse mainboard. I have a feeling the optical sensor is not pickup up the captured movements. This can be due to defective optical sensors or components which cause the sensor not to be working properly. If possible, share some internal pictures of the mouse.
The only thing I can suggest is change the batteries for fresh new ones , I hope this helps
