Your battery in the laptop is probably shot and you need to replace it. https://www.amazon.com/Bay-Valley-Parts-… Buy that and if it still doesnt work, return it as there is another issue. A bad battery is most common but a bad dc in jack can also be a priblem, although much more rare.
i am experiencing the same problem with my device of the same model,but normally it turns on once plugged in with or without the battery i had the charging port checked and it is in great order i also tried the bottom portion of my charger on another device and it woeks just perfect i dont know what to do.
