Chosen Solution
My computer updated Windows 10 overnight and when I started it the next day it was stuck on a command line parameters screen. I have tried restarting it multiple times and even took the battery out and each time it results in the same screen every time it starts again. Can anyone help??
A good first step would be to see if you can boot it up in Safe Mode. Restart it and hold down the Shift key while it is booting. If you are still unable to recover and reboot to Normal mode, please post a sample of your “command line parameters” screen here.
