When I turn on my camera the lens won’t open and it says lens error.
@tlgg probably of the tracks or broken gears. Check the suggestions made on here. Usually those do not work for me and I end up replacing the lens since parts are seldom available. Good thing about the Coolpix series, all cameras repair about the same way. So check something like this video for the replacements. While you do your repair consider making a guide for your L27 so others with the same issues will have better help. https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/new
