I can see everything on my screen, but i can not touch it. Nothing will happen

I have the same problem with my Blu Advance 4.5 the touch doesnt work and there arent any hard reset videos on youtube
My phone has a bad crack I call almost all the repair shop but they said they don’t fix blu . I have a blu studio 5.0 . And when I turn it on all I see is a big white screen.
It doesn’t react when I touch it I can see everything on my screen
