I think it’s bass is the ones that is broken. Whenever I play audio, or watch YouTube, it’s not loud and I can only hear the singing not the beats and the sounds. Please help.
Hi @gachaz , Try the following to help isolate further what the problem may be. Use headphones and listen if it still sounds the same when using them or if it sounds normal. This is just to determine whether it may be a loudspeaker problem or a software/systemboard problem. If it still doesn’t sound OK when using headphones, try starting the phone in safe mode and check the sound quality. This is to determine if may be a software problem or not. If it sounds OK when in safe mode then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one is the culprit
