Hi guys, any idea what could be the culprit? Laptop is dead, no lights come up, nothing. I’ve dismantled the whole lot, checked the voltage getting to mobo - at the charger I’m getting 19V, at the endpoint of power-jack - same. Was 100% sure that the mobo is fried out - bought a new one, no joy again. Even with the fans connected to it, they don’t spin. Any hints would be much appreciated.
Have you tried switching out the battery?
