What can I do to fix my 7in rca tablet? It comes on to the screen with the two dogs and then it goes right back off?
Greg Prather this sounds like a power issue. If it would be firmware I would expect it to freeze but not turn off. I’d start with a new battery. If nothing else it will provide you with a known-well starting point should further troubleshooting be necessary.
