Chosen Solution

Been using it for 20 years and has always run pretty cold, but was manageable. Since moving to a different locale (from high desert to wet part of the state), it took about six months to start running alarmingly cold. It’s turned all the way down, one “hair” above the defrost marking. Things in fridge are freezing. PLEASE HELP! I love my old fridge!

Edit: THAT video won’t do instead I offer this refurbishment of a 1948 GE fridge in it’s stead and this service manual for GE fridges of that era which should come really close if not quite on target… by the way, yes, definitely keep it running they assuredly don’t make them like that anymore!
