Hi, My Logitech laser mouse scrolls the volume control down without me doing anything! it does not seem to affect many other scrolling functions such as web pages, it does the same on several computers so I am convinced it’s the mouse, I would like to know if there is a way to re-set it or can it be sent for repair? Possibly just a driver update issue. Uninstall reinstall. My keyboard does the same thing.
beneath the mouse there’s a music sign (symbol) the nub of mine was switched up to that symbol and it only controlled volumes… crazy right!!! already bought a new mouse, and thought my money was wasted until I push the nub back down from the music symbol to 500hz (option) and it’s working elegantly fine. Now moves pages up and down etc..
