Chosen Solution
My One Plus 5T fell into 5 feet deep pool.I kept it in sunlight for sometime and then try to reboot it .but it dint start.then i connected it with charger but it made it more worse.It was dead and dint not start.
Take it to a reputable phone repair shop for liquid damage evaluation. Phone needs to be opened up and liquid damage inside must be treated properly to get phone working again.
