So I bought a used Samsung SyncMaster S27B350 LED monitor from a friend for $30. It didn’t have a stand and he had already replaced a board in it. I had it for maybe 3 weeks and one day I went to turn it on and it powered on, then powered off, then back on , then off, and so forth. I read somewhere that it might be the inverter board, but that’s about all I could find on it. Any help here would be great.

I had this issue with my Samsung and come to find out it is an issue with the TV/monitor “instant on” circuitry. I now have to unplug mine when it is not in use to keep it form turning on and off. Ever since I stopped leaving it plugged in it has operated fine. So even though it is a pain I always unplug mine when it isn’t being used.
