Chosen Solution
I have a M261VP Vizio TV not that it matters but I think I have water or a stain trapped between layers of my TV any help? Please I am in a tight situation and cannot afford to get another TV. This problem has occured yesterday, I do not know how the only thing I remember doing to it was wiping the screen down with a wet cloth then immediately drying it afterwards. Update (09/02/2018)

Take a hair dryer and press it lightly against the screen “I had the same problem with a Vizio tv.”
