The brew group motor rotates continuously in the same direction. I change the encoder, but the problem persists. What could be the problem?
Did you have the brew group apart? I had this issue when I took the brew group apart and didn’t get the lower plunger in all the way when I assembled.
I’m working on a Jura A1 when starting it cycles a few times and shots off what’s the problem ?
I had the same problem. I dissaembled the brew group, I disconnected all the the connectors on the motherboard, then i disassembled the brew motor. I checked the encoder who is connected to the brew motor, it’s sensible so verify the encoder is well assembled to the motor with the metal “spring”/connector. assemble the motor (assembled with encoder) then the brew group and try again.
I have this issue, motor rotate non stop after I unmounted this part and cleaned it. Will try your tips, thanks !
