Missing Settings App To Change Password So It Can Use The New Modem Ju Acer Iconia One 7

My tablet was working alright with the internet until the copper wire was just replaced with Fibre so the modem was changed Its password is different and to use it I have to use the settings App to write the new password into the Tablet. Cannot do as app has disappeared. How do I get it back?

Bring up settings in the Apps tray if it was removed from the desktop. Choose , and delete the old connection and scan for the new one, select it and enter the information when prompted.
