Chosen Solution
Hello, I believe I am missing pad #2 on the front camera connector and I’m not sure what to do. I’m an idiot and initially tried to solder a filter with a walmart solder iron and ended up ruining the connector and knocking off 5 more filters. Feeling ashamed I got some decent gear and managed to get all 6 filters back on but I’m stumped on the missing pad. I tried reading the schematics but I’m not sure what I’m reading still and it seems like this pad doesn’t lead to anything, not sure though. I also scratched at the pad like a noob and I got excited to see copper but now I’m not sure if should of done that. I read about jumpers, epoxy, or transplanting but not sure which I should do and how to go about doing it. Any help would be appreciated please.

Hello Andy, that pin is just ground add some solder make the pins clean and install the FPC connector and just bridge this .
