I wanted to replace the power managment ic so i took off the ic and started cleaning the area for the new cip and saw in microscop that some pins are missing Update (03/27/2017)

You have used to little heat and to much force to pull it off, i think you damage your motherboard.
Those pads are supposed to be missing, they are are N/C and are used as a spacefiller. Reball under the chip and see if it still works.
