Our 13 year old Miele has developed a leak creating a F10 error code. This shows up with the bottom pan full of water after a complete cycle. I understand there is a leak under there somewhere but what I don’t understand is that it does not do this on a short cycle. Pan is dry as a bone and no error. Something different is happening. As far as I know the short cycle has no drying mode and possibly shorter rinse and wash cycles. I’m wondering what else doesn’t it do. The leak is dirty water not inlet water.

@toints the short cycle compared to the regular cycle usually uses extra water and/or extra heat to clean your dishes faster. I wonder if your leak comes somewhere from the drain pump. We really would need to see more off what is going on. Not sure if you can remove the kickplate to see where it is leaking. If so post some pictures of the general area where it is leaking, with your QUESTION. Adding images to an existing question Download the SM from here and see if it gets you at least in the vicinity of making a determination.
