kenmore microwave oven model 401 lights up and shows 5E but other buttons do not function. I have unplugged and replugged. One time that worked. I reset clock time and it functioned, but now the buttons have stopped functioning again..
jackhasling if it is an SE error vs. a 5E error then it is a moisture sensor error. It is indicative of a stuck key on the keypad or a failed keypad/control board
