My phone has a strange problem. When I video call with FaceTime, the other side can hear me. When I use another app like Whatsapp or Messenger, and I call with video, the other side can’t hear me. The mic is not working.pls help
Since the mic works when using FaceTime, my thought goes to the permissions for each app. Go into Settings and scroll down to each app that you’re having the issue with. Click on the app and see if there is a switch to allow for microphone use. You may have not given permission for the apps to use the mic, but did for the video. If it’s turned off, turning on the permission should allow you to have audio.
