Short answer: Maybe The tools needed are going to heavily depend on the skill and experience of the tech and more importantly, what jobs you are taking on. Would those tools fix a Lightning port? Maybe. Would they fix a backlight filter? Probably not. There is no one solution for everyone. Each tech has their own way of doing things. But using cheap tools like that is a good way to ensure that you and your techs will fail. Amscope, Hakko, Amtech. There is a reason these companies are in business even though they charge so much. When your life is lived a fraction of a millimeter at a time, you need quality and precision. But then again, maybe you have more skill than I do and you can solder a .5mm part with a 5mm tip and digital zoom on a scope using flux that is yellow. I have no idea. So again: Maybe.
