Chosen Solution
I have dropped my mi 9 se phone from about 1.5m (5 feet). Phone was with case and screen protector as well. Immediately after impact phone screen turned not correctly working. Only top right corner was working. Please help me. BTW phone is working I think that connection i bad and that is the reason, because if you push middle of the phone (there the connection is) it gets brighter. Screen has no outside damage. Please help me Thank you
Pushing in the middle of the screen could cause ripple distortion and pressure on the backlight,which increase light in that area some. But are you sure it actually increases brightness a lot? it could be the screen is just damaged from the fall. But it could also possibly have knocked the digitizer(touch screen) connector loose. This would require disassembly. You could ensure the connector didn’t fall loose. Its not definitely a screen issue though. But you can always try another screen worse case. But it’s not easy to replace on an android for the first time. You’d need to watch YouTube videos on that phone specifically having the screen replaced.
