Media sounds not working. Notifications & system sounds are fine.
Also another thing to check is to make sure you do not have do not disturb turned on or turned on as scheduled. Depending on how it is setup it may mute all media sounds.
If your tablet is anything like mine when you hit the volume keys there is a dropdown, maybe the media tab is all the way down. Alternatively you could have somthing wrong in the system. I had a problem like this where i had to go to a boot menu and clear some temporary data on the
