i am going to either buy a screen or a water damaged mac, is the 2014 lcd only used in 2014, or can I use a 2012? 2013? 2015? Any recommendations or offers would be appreciated! thanks zack

Over time Apple has altered the display assembly a few times so your only choice for your Mid 2014 MacBook Pro 13" Retina A1502: Display assembly Apple P/N 661-8153 The older screens won’t work and thats the same for the Early 2015 as well.

the 2012 and 2013 only difference is the connector of the isight camera..the 2013 and 2014 is the same :)
