I have a MacBook Air 11" from 2011 with 64 GB SSD and 2 GB RAM. Nice machine, I look for an 4 GB logic board swap for it. What models are usable for that, all 11" from 2011 up to 2014 models?
This is the only logic board IFIXIT has right now: MacBook Air 11" (Mid 2011) 1.6 GHz Logic Board There is also a 1.8 GHz board but you’ll need to look online as they are very fleeting as many people want them. As far as a new system… Rumor has it Apple will be introducing a newer Air system either at WWDC next week or later in the fall. If your system is working right now I would hold off to see what they do.
