Hi @vmahdy , Try resetting the cycle settings back to their factory default settings and check if that resolves the problem. Here’s the procedure: i). Press Power/Cancel, then select Drain & Spin cycle. ii). Press Extra Rinse > Fabric Softener > Extra Rinse > Fabric Softener within 5 seconds. If you get the timing right i.e. pressing the button sequence within the time limit, then the 7-segment display will show “Fd” for 3 seconds and the washer will then return to the Standby Mode
