I master reset my HTC Desire 620 phone, I turned on my Wi-Fi and I can’t get past the Google Account Registration page, the Google Account Registration page keeps telling me that ‘This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device’. I don’t remember what Google Account was previously synced onto my device and it won’t let me make a new Google Account to my device!. Ugh!. Anyone please help!. This is really getting on my last nerves, frustrating, making me mad and really irritating!. That’s really the ONLY PHONE I HAVE!
This is an anti theft feature. Simply use the account you used when you activated it. I’m not sure how you can forget what account you used to set it up.
