I think my machine got damaged during a recent thunderstorm, the screen does not come on and none of the buttons seem to work on the front panel. Unfortunately it has a load of washing in it that I would like to remove. Is there a way to unlock the door so I can get the washing out?
Try unplugging it for five minutes to allow it to reset.
