The main base station of my Uniden 6.0 1680 quit working. Can it be repaired.? I bought another identical main base with phone, and tried to re-register my other handsets, but it won’t let me. I tell it that “main base unavailable” but it doesn’t let me re-register my original four handsets to the new base. What can I do..? Update (03/24/2017) It just quit working. I noticed that none of my four handsets were getting a dial tone. The screen on the handset says “searching” The main station seems to have lost power. Does the main station have a battery that can be replaced..?
