Please help! Before that I had both Green and Amber MagSafe LED lit, and I have PP3V42_G3H at 1.5v Now MagSafe not lit, and no PP3V42_G3H at all. Logic board: 820-00165
You’ll need to test for voltage at the other points of PP3V42_G3H as it sounds like you’ve got a break in one of the traces. Did this system have a liquid spill at some point? Update (10/15/2018) OK, now I’m lost!! As we were focusing on PP3V42_G3H Now you’re telling me R7110 which is a resistor and Pin-1 is PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL side which then goes onto U7100 - CHGR_DCIN Pin-2… Lets back up here and get the symptoms written down as well as what lead up to you getting this system (did it get wet? Was it dropped? … And what you’ve done so far: Did you replace any components? Did you check the battery? Did you check the MagSafe connections & make sure it’s the correct one for the system (not a fake as well) Going into the schematics might be needed but you need to have a reason and a method to isolate out failure. Posting pins and values without context is like saying I had to go to work without knowing what you do for work or how you get there. Do you walk do you drive to you take a bus? Hopefully this helps explain what its hard to help someone poking at a schematic without understanding what the fault is.
