shannonrolee we need to get more information from you. If you turn your TV on and it turns off, it is most likely a power board issue. If it turns on and off repeatedly you will have to check the power board and the main board. You also need to tell us if this is just your screen that turns on/off but have sound because that could be a bad back light. Eventually you need to remove the back of your TV. Check all the boards for obvious damage like dome looking or leaking capacitors etc. Post some good images of your boards with your question.
