Service guy (who never returned!). Says it’s the ball bearings. Any idea of how much this repair might run? And is it worth fixing? The machine is only 6 years old!

I had this done with our washer and it’s cheaper to buy a new washer those bearings are not cheap the service guy was going to charge us $500 up to $1200 except I had a warranty so you might as well go grab a shovel and bury it sorry for your loss.
