Hi, Recently my macbook pro wont turn on.. I have to unplug the battery and plug the magsafer to turn it on and turn it off again, plugg the battery and the magsafer then it will turn on.. Can anyone help me with the problem? Or should I reinstall the macOS? Thanks Update (08/16/2020)

And this one is without the battery. Now its weirder.. When I turn off the mbp, unplug the cable, and when I plugged the cable back in, it turn on without need to touch the on button Sorry I meant one with MagSafe connected and one with not.
You are best to download an app called coconut battery and post some screen shots of it. One with the battery connected and one without. It sounds like your battery needs replacing. From what info you have given is it will only turn on after the SMC has been reset. The SMC will reset when the battery is disconnected. After the SMC is reset the Mac will ignore the battery management info so if your battery is faulty it will still boot until it is shutdown. However if the battery is faulty it will eventually stop booting and may cause damage to the DC-IN board and charging circuit.
