My Macbook Pro 15” 2017 would become glitched after hours of use. I tried to use external monitor and it still worked perfectly without problem after the glitched display turned black. The brightness setting still working as well, I can see the display brighter and dim, also the front camera still running perfectly as well. The glitch first looks like a vibrating LCD up and down but the interface or HUD of macOS didn’t affected. But, after updating the OS version the vibration no longer happen but it still glitch white screen blinking. As I type this the display is turned black. I assuming the problem not come from the LCD but some part of the display or possibly the software. If anyone have a solution or have experienced the same please help me. Replacing the whole display could cost a lot :( Update (07/21/2021) Here is the video of display changes

Ouch! The displays T-CON board has failed! Sadly you can’t replace it alone, you’ll need to replace the fully display assembly: 15” MacBook Pro 15" Complete Display - Space Grey, Apple P/N 661-0803015” MacBook Pro Complete Display - Silver, Apple P/N 661-08031 And here’s the guide to put it in MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar 2017 Screen Replacement
