Replaced my battery 10 months ago and it was working fine. Battery health started to go down a bit but over the last two months it took a major drop and I have no idea why. Not sure if I should just replace the laptop or battery.
That is the way batteries die. Battery health is related to internal resistance. As it increases the available current decreases. If the battery is only 10 months old maybe it is still under warranty, but more likely just a cheap battery using inferior batteries.
