Ok, my Macbook Air 2017 won’t charge and won’t turn on. There is no water damage at all. The Magsafe charger plugs in and starts as green and turns to amber where it sit. I let it sit like that overnight and it never went to green. I used a different power adapter that I use for our other Macbook Air 2015 and no difference so it’s not the charger. I’ve done many SMC resets and nothing. I disconnected the battery inside the Air and it’s still is showing as Amber. I was under the impression that the charger would turn to green when the battery is disconnected? I don’t know if my IO board or my logic board is broken? Go back to a year ago and I had a very similar issue. I took it into the Apple Store, they diagnosed it as a logic board and I’d need to pay $470 to fix it since there is no water damage. I didn’t have the cash at the time and put in in a case 3 months later, I plugged it in and it restarted. This is the first time the battery has drained since that happened. Any ideas?

Sadly this doesn’t look good ;-{ The most probable is a failed logic board. Best to visit a shop with the deeper skills and parts to fix your Mac system.
