Macbook Air Staying On With Charger But Won T Last 10 Minutes Without Macbook Air 13 Early 2015

I recently noticed that my MacBook Air isn’t staying on past 10 minutes off the charger. I have a powered USB hub connected at all times when using the computer but disconnected when not using it. Could this be a battery issue? I’ve had this computer since mid 2016.
