I have been using my MacBook Air since 8 years, it has been having an issue with its keyboard and trackpad at the point where it stops responding while working. I have never spilled water or anything on it and this machine has no parts replaced and works great. If you heat it up it starts working once again, is it a hardware issue?

Its sounds like a hardware issue,I think its the trackpad thats the problem,the keyboard plugs in to the trackpad, so i think its thatheres the part:MacBook Air 13" (Mid 2013-2017) Trackpad
