Chosen Solution
Just bought a 2015 Retina second hand as a redo project (first for this year of macbook) and currently stuck with a problem, seller stated it had no life at all what was correct. Checked for water damage what it had none of, and could confirm that the battery light was showing what meant that it had current. Just stuck with working out what the problem is, tried every reset but nothing has helped. Only issue I found was some parts on the motherboard are not attached (one pin out of the two on the image.) Thanks :)
As Old Turkey said, it looks like the speaker is disconnected, and it looks like the right-hand wifi antenna is disconnected. Neither of these will prevent it from booting. These A1534 models suffer CPU and SSD death, it would seem the former with yours. RIP, nothing that can be done I’m afraid.
