Turn on mac…. chime sounds…. apple sign in the beginning… shows loading… goes half way then blank white screen…. how can I get mac to load and get home screen…??
Boot from original install disk. Run disk utility. See if hard drive is ok. Useful link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201255
