During the process of installing the Big Sur 11.6.1 security patch, the laptop turns off. That’s when the adapter is connected. Any solutions please? Thanks.
The update process will go through a few reboot cycles so make sure you don’t rush things as you can make more of a mess! Restart your system and leave it alone for a good 2 hours and make sure your system can connect to the internet and powered. If after that I think you’ll need to visit an Apple Store to see what they can do for you.
